What We Do

Identity Crisis?

FAQs

  • Branding and marketing have two very different functions. Many people don't understand this, and let marketing agencies do their branding, while that is not their specialty. Branding is the process of creating your identity. The brand's personality, values, perception, .. its how you show that your company is different from another company. Marketing is the process of promoting a product or service to your target audience. This involves strategies, engagement, trial and error, ads, and is always changing and moving.  Marketing may catch a viewer and generate leads, while branding is what keeps them coming back and create sales.

  • Every project is different. One may take a few days while another may take a few weeks. It depends on the scope of the project, how the communication is, and the amount of revisions. We work on one project at a time to ensure we give the project our full attention. Before the start of every project we create an estimated timeline so that both parties have an idea of the ength of time it may take.

  • Payment is split into 2 or 3 payments from start to finish, starting with a deposit, a half-way payment, and an end payment. We are happy to discuss payment plans further during our consultation.

  • yes, However, we often find that existing logos don’t fully capture the strategy, personality, or vision behind a brand—especially if they were created as a standalone project without considering the bigger picture.

Because your logo should work seamlessly with your overall brand identity, visuals, and messaging, we typically recommend letting us refine or recreate it to ensure everything feels cohesive and aligned. If someone was hired only to create your logo, there’s a good chance they didn’t dive deeply into the strategy or story behind it. Many agencies or freelancers turn down logo-only projects because additional branding along with the logo is necessary. We can  build around your existing logo or help refine it so that everything works together cohesively. All in all, we recommend doing full branding- including logo. A logo needs thought and a strategic design behind it, other than "it just looks good". A logo also needs multiple variations, and a lot of the times clients come to us with only one single logo.

  • Yes! We offer monthly content creation services, ongoing email marketing,

monthly social media content starter packs, and ongoing website updating services!

  • A branding agency helps businesses create and develop their brand identity. It works with clients to define what makes their business unique and how they want to be perceived by customers. This can include designing logos, choosing color schemes and typography, crafting brand messaging and voice, and developing strategies for how the brand is presented across different platforms like websites, social media, packaging, and advertising.

  • It depends on your goals and how well your current brand is working for you. A brand refresh updates certain elements—like your logo, colors, fonts, or messaging—while keeping your core identity intact. A full rebrand is starting from scratch. We are happty to do either or for your business.

  • We totally understand the desire to start with “just a logo” or “just a website.” However, we believe that great design only works when it’s backed by strong brand strategy and consistency. A logo alone isn’t a brand. It’s just a symbol—and without understanding your voice, your audience, and your brand’s personality, even the most beautiful logo won’t connect or help you stand out. Similarly, a website isn’t just pages online. It’s the digital home for your brand. If your brand identity isn’t clear, your website can feel disjointed and fail to attract or convert your ideal customers.

That’s why we typically recommend a branding foundation before creating logos or websites. If your current brand is outdated, unclear, or inconsistent, we’ll help you refine or rebuild it so every piece—from your logo to your website—works together seamlessly and authentically.

  • While stunning visuals are important, branding is so much more than just how things look. We believe the best design is rooted in strategy: understanding your business goals, your audience, your unique story, and what sets you apart in your industry.

  • Yes—you’ll own the rights to the final brand assets once your project is fully paid for.

Most agencies (including ours) work like this:

    • You own the final approved designs we deliver to you (like your logo, brand marks, and other agreed-upon assets).

    • We may keep the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.

    • Any unused concepts, drafts, or working files remain the property of the agency unless specifically agreed upon.

If you have specific needs around ownership, licensing, or confidentiality, we’re always happy to discuss and include those details in your agreement.
